Cozad Community Hospital Operating Room Renovation

Cozad Community Hospital's original operating room was built in 1976. The operating room went under construction the beginning of October 2018 and the first surgery case in the newly remodeled operating room at Cozad Community Hospital was on December 31, 2018. The operating room is now updated to all state-of-the-art lights, equipment and room furnishings. The entire Cozad Hospital Surgery Department has been remodeled to increase productivity and workflow.
Cozad Community Hospital has a wide variety of Speciality Surgeons who provide surgical services in our operating room and procedure rooms. Procedures from at least 14 specialists are done here at Cozad Community Hospital by both our local providers and visiting specialists.
